I am Shay.

I am the Owner & Founder of ShayOfficialFitness, LLC


My passion for fitness and nutrition began as a personal quest for self-improvement. I was once on a path of uncertainty, struggling with my own fitness goals and nutritional choices. 


This personal journey ignited a deep fascination with the science of the human body and the profound impact of nutrition and exercise on overall well-being. I have had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals over these past 10+ years.


As a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I have invested years in learning and staying updated with the latest trends and research in the field. My expertise extends beyond the basics; I have worked with diverse clients, each with their unique challenges and goals. 


Whether your goals involve shedding excess weight, sculpting lean muscle, enhancing endurance, or making smarter nutritional choices, I possess the expertise and experience to provide you with effective guidance.
